“My life is disastrous”, This phase has crossed all of our’s mouth at least ones, We all must have wined over one thing or the other, Not realizing, that there are people who are tested by life to the fullest yet live their life so beautifully with a big smile on their face and “stand tall” by the heart.

Pakistan is blessed with immense talent in every art ever known, One of which is art of surviving with dignity, Something exemplified by Muniba Mazari, PAKISTAN’S FIRST WHEELCHAIR BOUND MODEL AND TV HOST..

Muniba’s life can be define in a line as simple as ” Mono chromed by consequences, But made colorful by courage and determination”

Her Art consist of beautiful and courageous women with ethnic jewels of Pakistan as well, portraying emotions of consistency and humbleness as well as empowerment. Muniba is an Inspiration for all of us, she is the courageously bright face of disability.

Muniba, speaking as a motivational speaker in TED TALKS, told what really motivated her towards working for changing the perception or stereotype about disable people and there assumed weakness. She says that a polio campaign advertisement in which a polio infected boy was labelled as dependent and worth less, an picture of misery and mercy, is what made her motivated to work for showing the world that people with physical deficiencies can also live and  earn with dignity. They do not need any sympathy and d better than most of normal people who are caged by there own souls..

Muniba, In the same video tells that many people, those who she needed the most including her father and hr husband left her when she went into such tragic condition, She says she finds her strength in her mother and her  brother, And her son, who she absolutely adores.

Today, Muniba is currently taking the media stereotypes by storm by working as PAKISTAN’S FIRST EVER WHEELCHAIR BOUND TV HOST, hosting the show Ramadan Pakistan on PTV home and we must acknowledge she flaunts with such elegance and ease that you can’t tell that it’s her first transmission ever.

Muniba has done modeling for TONY & GUY, which makes her Pakistan’s first wheelchair bound model. She also sells and exhibits her paintings  on her website MUNIBA’S CANVAS. She is also a motivational speaker, singer, writer and a beautiful human. There is a good chance you will probably see her on roads

Muniba is also brand ambassador of  body shop Pakistan, Chugtai lab and among the PONDS MIRACLE WOMEN. But above all she is a philanthropist working for the betterment of less privileged and her most important contribution is the perspective she is portraying about people with physical disabilities.

The message we get from Muniba’s life is that the only person who can “dis” your ability and cage your mind is you. If you believe in yourself no one can, nothing can hurdle your way!!

PMI and Pakistan wishes Muniba a happy Future. Keep inspiring..
